Der Trainingskurs Grundschule bietet als Anfängerkurs den Einstieg in die wichtigsten Grundtechniken des modernen Mountainbikens. Einsteiger erlernen hier die notwendigen Techniken, wie Balance, eine zentrale Position, das richtige und verzögerte Bremsen sowie das Anfahren und Absteigen im Gefälle.

Er ist für Anfänger ausgelegt und ideal geeignet, wenn man noch keine Erfahrungen im Mountainbike Bereich gesammelt hat.

Wir zeigen dir, wie du sicher und selbstbewusst die Herausforderungen im leichten Gelände angehst.
